Cassandra Agbayani is a Master in Public Policy Candidate at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. She has a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has over two years of professional work experience conducting rigorous program evaluations within the U.S. workforce and international development contexts. Most recently, she was involved in a rigorous randomized controlled trial evaluation of child labor interventions in Costa Rica, India and Rwanda for IMPAQ International. At HKS, she hopes to strengthen her data analytic skills to better understand the factors that encourage or inhibit access to meaningful employment opportunities for marginalized and disadvantaged communities.
